PVC Flute
Time
Needed: about 30 to 60 minutes.

Ready!
You Need:
- Drill with 1/8 bit or hammer and nail
- 1 to 3 foot PVC 1/4 inch pipe
- PVC corner piece
- Pencil
Set!
- Attach the corner piece to the straight pipe.
- Hold pipe in your hands.
- Have a friend mark off where your fingers are.
- With the drill or hammer & nail, make holes at the marks.
ONLY MAKE HOLES ON ONESIDE!!!
You're ready to play!
Go!
You play the flute by blowing into the corner piece. Take a finger off
the holes and you get a different note! Find the highest note you can make.
Find the lowest note you can make.
Experiment! Try making a different flute with shorter or longer piping. What
difference would that make?
