Bob the Builder™ and his Can-Do Crew invite aspiring builders and their families to help get the job done, as the first-ever, hands-on Bob the Builder—Project: Build It traveling exhibit returns to The Children's Museum of Indianapolis on Feb. 6, 2010. The 2,000-square-foot multimedia exhibit, presented by Delta Faucet, produced by The Children's Museum of Indianapolis and HIT Entertainment, and supported locally by Veolia Water, stays through May 23.

The exhibit was inspired by HIT Entertainment's top-rated television series, Bob the Builder. It replicates elements from Bob the Builder's world in Sunflower Valley, inviting exploration, inspiring teamwork and bringing environmentally friendly building themes to life for children and families.

Since the exhibit's debut in 2006, it has traveled to more than 20 major markets in the United States and Canada, reaching millions of children and families.

"The Children's Museum creates international traveling exhibits that are very popular with museums and science centers. It isn't often that we have an opportunity to bring one back to Indianapolis for a return engagement. We're pleased to share Bob the Builder's problem-solving skills, teamwork and concern for the environment with a new preschool audience here at home," said Jeffrey H. Patchen, president and CEO of The Children's Museum of Indianapolis.

"Partnering with The Children's Museum to reach and educate young visitors across the country with important messages about conservation and the process of building and maintaining a home has been rewarding," said Reinhard Metzger, President, Delta Faucet Company. "Bob the Builder embodies the can-do attitude and environmental concern the Delta brand was built upon. As the national exhibit sponsor it is gratifying to help educate young visitors on these ideas."

"HIT Entertainment and The Children's Museum of Indianapolis have a common goal of delivering inspiring, high-quality educational content to young children," said Gary Krakower, Senior Vice President, US Licensing and Live Events, HIT Entertainment. "Bringing Bob the Builder—Project: Build It to life has been a very gratifying endeavor."
