“Land of Enchantment”
When Norman Rockwell was a child, his father told him stories and he imagined the scenes. He started attending art school at 14, and received small illustration jobs. His first big break came in 1912 with his first book illustration, “Tell Me Why: Stories about Mother Nature,” by C.H. Claudy.
