E-Scrapbooking Inspired by Norman Rockwell Paintings

Make a Scrapbook

Registered Classes only. Registration closed.

Step 1—Create Book (teacher, student editor)

  • In this step, the book cover and title page are created, based on chosen image. This step must be done before pages may be added to the book.
  • You will need: Book Title, Class or Author Name, Dedication
Step 2—Add/Edit Pages (teacher, student editor, student)
  • In this step, start by selecting your scrapbook from the drop-down menu.
  • Here you may create new pages, edit, view to submit(student submits page for teacher approval), or view to approve pages(teacher approves pages and adds to book).
  • You will need: Text and/or images in digital format. (Recommended: You may copy and paste text from saved word processing documents.)
Step 3—Delete/ Edit/ Reorder Pages (teacher, student editor)
  • In this step, pages may be removed, changed/corrected and/or reordered in the scrapbook.
Step 4—Preview and Submit Scrapbook for Publication (teacher only)
  • In this step, teacher submits completed scrapbook to the museum staff for publication on the web.
  • This will be your final opportunity to make any changes to the scrapbook.
  • You will need: To make sure all student pages are complete and correct, all pages are in the correct order, all student pages can be viewed in the scrapbook preview.
You will receive a link to your scrapbook upon publication. Museum Staff reserves the right to view and edit (for appropriate content and safety) all submitted books before publication.
