School Field Trip Hours
Sept.–Feb.
Tuesday–Friday, 9:30 a.m.–5 p.m.

School reservations are not accepted for peak visitation dates, which include school breaks, holidays, and weekends. Fieldtrip must be scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance of planned visit date.
School Group Admission
A minimum of 20 students is required to receive reduced admission. School rate is valid for in-session schools during the school year only. Summer camps and youth programs hosted at the school do not qualify for the school rate.
- Youths: $5
- Required adults: Free (one adult is required for every 10 students)
- Additional adults: $7.50
- Museum members: Free with member card and ID.
Your reservation should be made for the maximum number of youths and adults expected. Actual attendance will be noted upon arrival, and fees will be charged accordingly. Museum programs, shows, and events are all included in the price of admission.
A discounted Group Rate is available for weekend, summer, youth and adult groups of 20 or more who do not qualify for the school rate. Two week advance reservation is required. Learn More
