Wings Over Indiana
Wings Over Indiana is a special one-hour program from WFYI’s Indiana Expeditions series. Host Rick Crosslin travels across the state, as well as to the NASA Dryden Flight Research Center in California, to look at Indiana’s connections to the history and science of aviation. The show profiles astronauts and aviators—some as young as 13 years old—and illustrates the role of models in developing full-sized aircraft. The documentary is a partnership with WFYI, The Children's Museum, and the Academy of Model Aeronautics.
