- Staff are eligible to participate in the program as of date of hire. Staff elect tax-deferred contribution amount and museum begins contribution (2 – 4%) and matching contribution (50 – 100%) after one year of service. Contribution and matching amounts vary depending upon salary and years of service.

- Museum reimburses a maximum of $1000/year for payments made for courses and certain related expenses at the undergraduate or graduate level.
