First Saturday Member Mornings
1st Saturday of each month; 9 – 10 a.m.
Enjoy your favorite museum exhibits during Member Morning on the first Saturday of every month. The entire museum opens an hour early, exclusively for members! Ride the Carousel, scale the rock wall (rock climbing tickets distributed at 9 a.m.) and beat the crowds during this members-only hour.

Ticket Information: Free! No R.S.V.P. required; please present your membership card and photo ID at the entrance gate on Level 1.


Playscape Baby Time
1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month; 9:30 a.m.
For parents and babies under 24 months
Bring your baby to Playscape, a space that encourages young children to learn through play. Babyscape, a special section of the gallery, invites infants and toddlers to explore with their senses.

Ticket Information: Free! No R.S.V.P. required; please present your membership card and photo ID at the museum entrance gate.


Littlest Member Mornings

Animation Featuring Cartoon NetworkMember Preview Day

Featuring Cartoon Network
Friday, May 23; 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
What child hasn’t spent hours after school or on Saturday mornings watching their favorite cartoons? What adult doesn’t have fond memories of watching them? In Animation, a new exhibit from the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry in collaboration with Cartoon Network, children and adults can explore the art, math, science and technology of animation from concept to finished product. Familiar characters from Dexter’s Laboratory, Foster’s Home for Imaginary Friends and other favorites will illustrate the process.

Museum Babies Tour
Saturdays June 14, July 12, Aug. 9, 16, Sept. 13, 20 and Nov. 15; 9 a.m.
Bring your baby on a museum adventure! Join other parents on an all-access tour of the things museum babies love. Learn how to make the most of Playscape on every visit, enjoy a cup of Starbucks, and see just what baby-friendly amenities the museum has to offer! Tour includes playtime in the Playscape exhibit.
