Archaeology Lab Neighborhood NightUpcoming Neighborhood Nights

Neighborhood Nights are free events for residents of the six neighborhoods surrounding the museum which include Crown Hill, Highland Vicinity, Historic Meridian Park, Mapleton Fall Creek, Meridian Highland, and Historic Watson Park. We provide snacks and fun, family-friendly activities. Be sure to attend all the  Neighborhood Nights this year!

Spring Adventure

March 12, 6–8 p.m.

Enjoy our newest temporary exhibit, Geckos--superstars of the lizard world! Now 15 species of live geckos will strut their stuff at The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis and take you on an incredible gecko eco-adventure; Also, be one of the first to sign your child up for Starpoint Summer Academy.  

  

AVATAR: The Exhibition 

June 26, 6–8 p.m

Enjoy a look behind the scenes of the hit movie AVATAR. Experience how the world of Pandora was created and brought to the big screen. The exhibit features props and costumes from the film, concept art, models, and other production tools.  

 

Free Haunted House Tickets 

October 1-18 (while supplies last)

Visit the infoZone Library at the Museum to pick up free tickets (two per household) to The Children's Museum Guild's 50th Annual Haunted House. The tickets are available for Neighborhood Club members only. Proof of Neighborhood Club eligibility is required.

 

Jolly Days Neighborhood Night

December 10, 6–9 p.m.

Get in the holiday spirit by attending this annual event. Ride the Yule Slide, take a picture with Santa, and enjoy dinner and music with your Museum neighbors!
