Admission tickets can be purchased online or through the Customer Service Center at 1-800-820-6214 in advance or day-of at the museum Box Office. Tickets are non-refundable.

The museum accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, as well as cash, checks, and travelers checks.
Parking
Free parking is available in the museum’s parking garage on the west side of Illinois Street. Please note: you are not permitted to leave an animal in your vehicle in the museum’s parking garage, surface lots, or elsewhere on museum property.
