Price List
Pricing is based on 1,000 or fewer guests for 3.5 hours. An admission fee of $2.50 per person will be charged for each additional guest. Additional charges may apply to specific functions at the discretion of the museum. Above pricing does not included sales tax. 7% sales tax will be added to all events.
Catering charges are additional and at the discretion of the caterer, Sodexo. The Museum requires a minimum catering order for all events. Sodexo, our exclusive Caterer, has a $24.95 per person minimum food and beverage order for daytime events and a $49.95 per person minimum food and beverage order for evening events (plus 9% sales tax and 21% support charge). Holiday events that host 500+ guests may be offered lower minimums. Due to the nature of the facility, The Children's Museum reserves the right to limit areas for food-service needs.
Services provided at no additional charge: Banquet and dining tables; security; parking; coat check. With your minimum catering order, basic 85-inch square white, black or ivory linens, a variety of napkin colors, chairs, plateware/cutlery and setup (up to 350 guests) are provided.
The Museum is available for special events from 6:30 p.m.–10:00 p.m. Our events typically end at 10:00 p.m. but may be extended up to midnight for an additional fee. Events not located in the general public areas are available for rental from 8 a.m.–10 p.m.
Free parking is available in the parking garage.
