GUARANTEE OF ATTENDANCE
The client must provide The Children’s Museum/Culinary Creations Catering Department with a guaranteed guest count, no fewer than five business days prior to the event. Guest count may increase, but is not subject to reduction. Guest count may increase no more than 10 percent within the 48 hours prior to event. Client is responsible to pay for the guaranteed count even if count decreases within this time period. During the event, the catering staff will take an accurate guest count at the entrance. Culinary Creations will then base its rate on the guarantee or the event count, whichever number is greater.MENU CHANGES Menu may not be changed within five business days before your event. LABOR INCLUDED Labor charge covers uniformed servers. CATERING DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION
A deposit of 75 percent of the estimated total bill and a signed contract is due 14 days prior to event. The remaining balance is due on the date of your event. If the event is canceled, Culinary Creations will require a cancellation fee based upon expected food and beverage revenue. Deposits will be returned as follows: 25 percent – event cancelled within 48 hours of event.50 percent – event cancelled within three days of event.100 percent – event cancelled within seven days of event.BAKERY POLICY
Culinary Creations does not have an in-house bakery, therefore you are welcome to use a bakery of your choice. The bakery you choose must be licensed and insured and must be able to provide that documentation upon request.SERVICE CHARGE AND SALES TAX
A 21-percent service charge and 8-percent sales tax will be added to all bills. Culinary Creations by Sodexho. |
