The Power of Children
Nominations are sought throughout Indiana for children in grades 6–11 who are making an extraordinary difference in the lives of others.

It is important that the nominator and nominee collaborate in preparing the packet to assure completeness and accuracy.

A complete Entry Form will include the following:
  • Nomination Form completed by nominator/adult
  • Nominee Statement completed by nominee/youth, including a Nominee Agreement completed by nominee and parent/guardian
Note: A nominator is someone who can attest to the extraordinary project the nominee has completed. A nominee is someone who has made a difference in the lives of others through extraordinary efforts in creating his or her project.
