About the gallery
Comic books have entertained children, families and adults for generations. The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis has developed an exhibit designed to tell the story of the amazing world of comics, the heroes they feature, the artists and designers who create them and the important collectors who preserve their history. Highlights of the exhibit include selections from over 19,000 comics owned by Max Simon donated by the Simon family, and The Tumbler – the latest version of the Batmobile from Batman Begins (2005) and The Dark Knight (2008).
