Making scenery starts with an idea. These drawings are some of our ideas.

The stage crew worked with paint, sponges, feather dusters and brushes to create different patterns and textures, which add "realism" to set designs.
The stage crew also painted the first base coat of white paint onto the wooden flats. Notice the swirls in the photo on the flats. These are important to ensure the finished design has an even look and texture.
