Lunch Menu Catered lunch reservations are available at 10:45 a.m., 11:15 a.m., 11:45 a.m. and 1:15 p.m. and are served in the Museum Food Court. Catered Lunch Options: We would be more than happy to cater a specific meal, or you may choose from our school lunch menu. Catered lunches have a limited capacity. Contact the Catering Office at (317) 334-3213 or via email at CateringMgr@ChildrensMuseum.org for current lunch prices and to reserve a lunch time. Catered Lunch Checklist Please use the timeline below to order your catered lunch. Call our Customer Service Center at (317) 334-4000 with any questions or to schedule your museum admission reservation. At least two weeks in advance  Reserve a catered lunch time while making reservations for your museum visit. Catered lunch orders cannot be accepted less than two weeks in advance, so please plan accordingly. Contact the catering office to specify your order by calling (317) 334-3213. Menu options will be faxed or e-mailed to you upon request. Mail in your 50% deposit. This is due no later than one week prior to your visit.Please make checks payable to Sodexho Services and mail to: Sodexho Services The Children's Museum of Indianapolis P.O. Box 3000 Indianapolis, IN 46206-3000 Please include your reservation number on your check. At least 48 hours in advance Confirm your group lunch count by calling our catering office at least 48 hours prior to your visit at (317) 334-3213. Reservations that are not confirmed or cancelled will be billed at full price.The day of your visit Check in at Whistle Stop in the Museum Food Court upon arrival at the museum for final confirmation of your scheduled lunch. The balance can be paid with cash, Mastercard, Visa or school check.Cancellation Policy If you must cancel group lunch reservations, please call (317) 334-3213 at least 48 hours prior to your visit to avoid charges. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be billed at the full price. If cancellation is due to weather, the cancellation must be made by 7:30 a.m. on the day of your visit or your deposit will be retained. Call (317) 334-3213 or (317) 920-4035 to cancel. |
