Introduction
A large gorgosaur is on display at The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis. According to the scientists who worked with the fossil, it is unusual in that it had many injuries and also a brain tumor. In this WebQuest, students will be asked to decide what caused the injuries and what might have caused its death. After that research and decision-making, students will create a storybook written for younger students.

Students may work alone or with a partner to determine what happened to the dinosaur. What caused its injuries and its ultimate death? Students will use research skills, critical thinking and technology skills to complete the WebQuest.
