Summer Sports Kickoff

Fans of all ages are invited to join us for an action-packed day of giveaways and sports-related fun outside* in the Riley Children's Health Sports Legends Experience®.

Don’t get caught watching the paint dry. Get into the action as we face off, kick off, and tip off the summer season with some of Indy's favorite sports mascots! You’re going to love it.

*Outdoor sports experience is weather-dependent.

Basketball: Indiana Pacers/Indiana Fever 3-Point Contest 
10–10:45 a.m.–noon
Located in the Indiana Pacers and Indiana Fever Basketball Experience

Meet mascots Boomer (Indiana Pacers), Freddy (Indiana Fever), and Rex (The Children's Museum)
10:30–11:30 a.m.

Hockey: Indy Fuel Slapshot Showdown
11–11:45 a.m.
Located in the Indy Fuel Hockey Experience

Meet mascot Nitro (Indy Fuel) 
10–10:30 a.m.

Football: Indianapolis Colts Fourth Down Frenzy
Noon.–12:45 p.m.
Located in the Indianapolis Colts Football Experience

Soccer: Indy Eleven Soccer Clinic 
1–3 p.m.
Located in the Indy Eleven Soccer Experience

Baseball: Bullseye Strikeout
1–1:45 p.m.
Located in Wiese Field

2–3 p.m.

Basketball: Pacers and Fever Musical Chairs
2–2:45 p.m.
Located in the Indiana Pacers and Indiana Fever Basketball Experience

First Tee (10 a.m.–1 p.m.) and The Academy Volleyball (10 a.m.—3 p.m.) will be onsite with giveaways and activations throughout the day.

Summer Sports Kickoff will conclude at 3 p.m. Regular museum hours remain 10 a.m.–5 p.m.
