Kids will learn the basics of sports movement and improve their overall athletic skills in our F.A.S.T Track Clinic. Young athletes will work to improve their flexibility, agility, speed, and technique—essential skills for any sport—under the guidance of Sports Legends coach Paul Souza, a retired NCAA track and field coach. You will meet twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays for two weeks out in the Riley Children's Health Sports Legends Experience®. All levels of experience are welcome! Designed for ages 9 to 12.
