Once upon a time in a not-so-far-off land, the children of Indianapolis and beyond, began an incredible journey to a world of playful learning; where families, bound by laughter and curiosity, created a lifetime of memories. Since its humble beginning, The Children’s Museum has served as a beacon of inspiration and possibilities. Every day, children and grown-ups alike embark on their own quests of discovery through the museum’s spellbinding building and grounds, creating a unique story of their own.
On Aug. 24, this magical realm will be open to adults 21 and up for an enchanted night to celebrate nearly a century of inspiring moments, joyful discoveries, and fairytale-like wonder. Museum by Moonlight: Museum Ever After is the museum’s biggest single-day fundraiser of the year, helping to ensure the magic endures to fuel imagination and dreams for countless generations to come.
