Monica Ramsey

Vice President of Experience Development and Family Learning

Serving in a variety of roles from Theaters Assistant to Vice President, Monica has worked at the museum since 2003. Highlights from her career at The Children's Museum include working with Malala Yousafzai's parents to create the area dedicated to Malala in The Power of Children: Making a Difference® and leading the 25,000 square-foot expansion of the ever-popular Dinosphere: Now You're in Their World®—including the addition of two giant long-necked plant-eating sauropods that our team dug up in Wyoming. She loves being a museum visitor with her family, including her son who grew up coming to The Children's Museum.

Monica also serves on several advisory councils for university programs in theatre, design, and experience development and is a member of the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions Program Committee, focusing on museums and science centers.
