Volunteers

Thanks for your interest in volunteering at The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis. Due to a lack of volunteer opportunities at this time, new volunteer applications are currently closed. Please keep an eye on this webpage for information on how to apply in August!

We are also currently using a waitlist for many of our volunteer opportunities. If you are interested in the Paleo Lab or volunteering in one of our gallery spaces, please email volunteercenter@childrensmuseum.org to inquire about those specific waitlists.

Museum Apprentice Program (MAP)

MAPs brings together passionate, hardworking, curious, and innovative teens giving them a chance to work with museum staff, get a behind-the-scenes look at the museum in action, and—;most of all—have fun.
