The Children’s Museum Guild invites children to enter this contest and create their own haunted house!
There are two age groups, ages 3−7 and 8−12.

Entry rules
One entry per child, and all entries must be received by 5 p.m. Friday, Sept. 15. Entries can be dropped off or mailed to:

Entries also can be dropped off at the following The Great Frame Up locations:
- Downtown Indianapolis at 612 N. Delaware Street
- 62nd Street and Allisonville Road
- 21 1st St. SW in Carmel
Entries will be judged on creativity and originality, with representatives from our sponsors and The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis serving as judges. Three finalists from each age group will be selected and will be notified by Friday, Sept. 22.
Entries will not be returned and become property of The Children’s Museum Guild. Some entries will be on public display in the museum and possibly online (shown without contact information).
Prize Packages
Grand prize winner (one entry from each age group)
- Be the FIRST person through the 2023 Haunted House! You and five guests will receive free tickets to our Member Preview Party on Saturday, Oct. 7 and be the first to explore BOOville!
- Replica of coloring sheet will be included as decor inside the Haunted House
- 4 free tickets to either Twilight Fright OR Friendly Feast with the Witches
- 20 free Haunted House tickets
- $150 gift card to The Great Frame Up
- 8 free meal coupons from Penn Station: free regular hot grilled sub, small fresh-cut fries, and regular drink
Second place (one entry from each age group)
- 4 free tickets to either Twilight Fright OR Friendly Feast with the Witches
- 12 free Haunted House tickets
- $100 gift card to The Great Frame Up
- 4 free meal coupons from Penn Station: free regular hot grilled sub, small fresh-cut fries, and regular drink
- Entry to be mounted on winner display board at The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis
Third place (one entry from each age group)
