The Children’s Museum’s Prize Drawing
Official Rules (the “Official Rules”)
Entry Period: 12:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. EST on June 13, 2026
The sponsor of today’s prize drawing (the “Prize Drawing”) is The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis, Inc. (“TCM”), an Indiana nonprofit corporation with an address of P.O. Box 3000, Indianapolis, IN 46206-3000.
This Prize Drawing is void where restricted or prohibited and is subject to all local, state, and federal laws. Residents of NY, RI, and FL are not eligible to register or win. By entering this Prize Drawing, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of TCM which shall be final and not subject to appeal.
TCM’s Prize Drawing begins at 12:00 A.M. EST on June 13, 2026, and ends at 11:59 P.M., EST, on June 13, 2026 (the “Entry Period”) with an announcement of the winners of the Prize Drawing (the “Prize Winners”) on or around June 18, 2026.
To Enter: During the Entry Period, entrants can scan the QR code displayed on TCM signageLimit one entry per person. Multiple entries per person, including multiple entries by the same entrant using different email addresses, will invalidate ALL entries by the same entrant for the Entry Period. All entries must be received by June 18, 2026 at 5:00 P.M., EST.
Selection of the Prize Winners
One entrant will be selected randomly on or about June 18, 2026, from among the eligible entries received. The selected entrant will be contacted by a TCM representative by email or phone. In the event the selected entrant does not respond within two (2) days of the initial notification—or declines the Prize, another entrant will be randomly selected from the eligible entries received. If a telephone number was included with their entry, the selected entrant may receive a follow-up call. A call is not guaranteed and will not extend the deadline required for a response.
Description of the Prizes (collectively, the “Prizes”)
One Prize Winner will receive the following:
A Gift Basket from The Children's Museum of Indianapolis with a retail value of $195.
One Prize Winner will receive the following:
A one-year membership to the The Children's Museum of Indianapolis with retail value of $225.
Taxes
The Prize Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and any expenses associated with the Prize Drawing, unless otherwise indicated. No substitution, cash equivalent, or transfer of the Prize will be permitted.
Odds of Winning
The odds of winning a prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. As required by Indiana law, the odds are also dependent on the total number of notices distributed in which a prize may be awarded. Upon written request, TCM will provide the total number of notices distributed to the extent known. Requests should be directed to: TCM Prize Drawing Entry, Attn: Brand Strategy & Sales, P.O. Publicity Release
All entrants hereby irrevocably grant TCM and its employees, agents and assignees, permission to reproduce, use, display publicly, distribute, publish and republish in furtherance of TCM’s charitable and educational mission, including but not limited to exhibits, web sites and other displays, in any media whatsoever, their likeness and the likeness of all other individuals or minors in any photo submitted, and written words with or without the use of their name and without compensation. All entrants are responsible for ensuring in advance that the parent or guardian of any minor appearing in any image submitted to TCM provides written consent to these uses and conditions for such minor.
By participating in the Prize Drawing, each entrant hereby releases TCM and its employees, agents and assignees from and against any and all claims based upon or arising out of the reproduction, use, display, distribution, or publication of his/her likeness, voice and/or written words.
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
Eligibility
The entrant must be 21 years of age or older. By participating in this Prize Drawing, entrants: (a) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the interpretations of these Official Rules by TCM, and by the decisions of TCM, which are final in all matters relating to the Prize Drawing; (b) agree to release and hold harmless TCM and its agents, employees, officers, directors, successors and assigns, against any and all claims, injury and damages arising out of or relating to participation in this Prize Drawing and/or the use or misuse or redemption of the Prize, and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement or any other intellectual property related cause of action; and (c) acknowledge and represent and warrant their compliance with these Official Rules. Employees of TCM, its affiliates, agents, suppliers, independent contractors and immediate family members of each (regardless of where they reside) and/or those living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate in the Prize Drawing. Persons who have already received one or more prizes or other compensation from TCM during the year 2026 are not eligible.

Agreement to Official Rules
Participation in the Prize Drawing constitutes a participant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of TCM, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Disputes
Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Prize Drawing, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Prize Drawing, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved exclusively by the United States District Court or the appropriate Indiana State Court located in Indianapolis, IN; (iii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Prize Drawing, but in no event attorneys' fees, except where such fees are required by applicable law and may not be waived by contract; and (iv) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Prize Drawing, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Indiana, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Indiana or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Indiana.
General Terms
Noncompliance with any of these Official Rules may result in disqualification. Any violation of these official rules by a Prize Winner or any behavior by a Prize Winner that will bring the Prize Winner or TCM into disrepute (in TCM’s sole discretion) will result in the Prize Winner’s disqualification as a prize winner. TCM assumes no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Prize Drawing or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Prize Drawing. TCM is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, or any incomplete, lost, late, delayed, misdirected or garbled votes or failure to receive votes, including, without limitation, any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any Prize Drawing rules. TCM is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing of the offer, administration of the Prize Drawing, or in the announcement of the Prizes or Prize Winners.
If, for any reason, the Prize Drawing is not capable of running as planned, including, without limitation, changes in TCM's business, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of TCM which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Prize Drawing or for any reason that TCM deems it necessary, TCM reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Prize Drawing, or to determine the Prize Winners in its sole discretion. All interpretations of these Official Rules and decisions by TCM are final. No software-generated, robotic, programmed, script, macro or other automated online or text message entries are permitted and will result in disqualification of all such entries. Automated votes, or votes that have been tampered with or otherwise solicited improperly will result in disqualification of all such votes. TCM reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to have: tampered with the entry process or the operation of this Prize Drawing; to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person or to have provided inaccurate information on any documents submitted in connection with this Prize Drawing. CAUTION: Any attempt by any individual to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Prize Drawing is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, TCM reserves the right to fully seek damages from any such individual permitted by law. The courts of the State of Indiana (State and Federal) shall have sole jurisdiction of any controversies regarding the Prize Drawing and the laws of the State of Indiana shall govern the Prize Drawing. Each entrant waives any and all objections to jurisdiction and venue in these courts and hereby submits to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless TCM from any and all liability resulting or arising from the Prize Drawing, and to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against TCM, and hereby acknowledge that TCM has neither made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Prize.
In case of a dispute over the identity of the entrant who submitted the winning entry, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with that entry will be deemed the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Said entrant must comply with these Official Rules and, at TCM’s sole discretion, may be required to provide proof of ownership of the email account.
Cheating
Use of the Internet provides an opportunity for manipulation, alteration, cheating, hacking, or other fraudulent activities connected to the Prize Drawing. ENTRANTS ARE PROHIBITED FROM CHEATING OR USING ANY FRAUDULENT OR ILLEGAL METHOD OF ANY KIND TO GAIN AN UNFAIR ADVANTAGE IN THE CONTEST. In addition, use of multiple identities, multiple social media or online accounts by one individual and/or proxy servers is strictly prohibited and is grounds for disqualification. TCM in its sole discretion may determine what constitutes cheating or a fraudulent method and take appropriate action as needed. This includes suspension of the Prize Drawing, entrant suspension, disqualification, etc., as decided by TCM.
