COVID-19 Safety Exhibit Updates:
Low-touch interactive elements within the museum's exhibits are open and they remain visually rich with many opportunities to prompt conversations with children. Touchable elements are sanitized by staff frequently, and sanitizing wipes are provided for your use.

Please follow all traffic flow signage.

All Children's Museum exhibits will have capacity limits. Museum staff will monitor occupancy and if capacity is reached, staff will admit visitors to the exhibit when others leave.

Peace of Mind Policy

We want you to feel as comfortable as possible when booking your visit. Any tickets that have not been used can be exchanged for a future date within this calendar year. The full value of your ticket will be applied to the purchase price of a new ticket of equal or greater value. Simply select another date and pay the difference, if any. If you’re not ready to select a future date, you can hold onto your ticket and apply the value toward another admission ticket or a membership at any time through Dec. 31, 2020. To exchange your ticket, please call the museum’s Customer Service Center at 800-820-6214 or email customerservice@childrensmuseum.org. We hope this allows you to continue planning for spring or summer break visits without concerns that your plans may change.
