Step into the artists’ studio and learn about expressing movement in art! Visiting Artist Johnson Simon will lead us through an art project using vibrant color, broad brush strokes, and more! Then we will let our creativity soar as we make our own expressive masterpieces using unique art supplies with museum twists.

For families with children between the ages of 3-5 years old. Become paleontologists, investigating the bones of dinosaurs to learn how they lived millions of years ago. Then use those discoveries to inspire you to make paleo art sculptures!

This program is specifically design for children between the ages of 3-5 years old and accompanying adults or family. Get exclusive “behind the scenes” in a museum exhibit. The program will conclude with hands-on sensory and play-based activities inside our early childhood classroom that connect to that day’s exhibit visit and topic.
