2. Have Your Tickets or Membership Card Ready
If you prepurchased tickets, just head on over to the Entry Gates for our five floors of fun or the Riley Children's Health Sports Legends Experience®. No need to stop at the Box Office. Download your tickets to your virtual wallet before entering the museum to be ready to scan without delay.
Members, please have your membership card and photo ID ready. Don't have a physical membership card? No problem! Access a digital card by logging into your on-line account and selecting View Membership. Bypass the Box Office and begin your day of family memories! Download your digital membership card to your virtual wallet for easy access to your benefits throughout the day.
3. Get Outside
Upgrade to a Curiosity membership to bring two guests along with you every visit! Don't have a spring break, but the kids do? Purchase a Joy membership and designate an adult to bring the kids without you throughout your membership year!
4. Take Advantage of These Amenities
As the world’s biggest and best children's museum, our amenities are designed with your family in mind:
- Free parking available in our parking garage or nearby surface lots
- Family-friendly restrooms with changing tables and kid-sized toilets and sinks throughout the museum
- Private nursing rooms in Playscape®, our exclusive space for kids 5 and under
- Concierge available to answer questions, provide visit recommendations, share sensory-friendly resources and equipment, and assist with any unexpected needs like diapers or bandaids
- Locker, stroller and wagon rentals and complimentary wheelchairs on a first-come, first-served basis in our Equipment Rental area
- Kid-friendly food options in the Food Court; or pack your own lunch (open food or drinks not permitted in the exhibit areas)

Princess Tiana’s new chapter is here—and she needs your special spice! Experience the food, music, art, and traditions of New Orleans as you help Tiana prepare for a Mardi Gras season “parade.” Decorate floats, design costumes, and help the critter band rehearse in this unforgettable celebration of community!

Knuffle Bunny: A Cautionary Musical
Trixie, her father, and her favorite stuffed bunny set off on a trip to the Laundromat. The trip brings wonder, excitement and joy to the lively toddler until she realizes that she has left her Knuffle Bunny back at the laundromat. Trixie does everything in her power to make her father understand the emergency, but her father fails to see the issue at hand. There are a few things you absolutely must do while you’re here for spring break. These traditions will make your day even more memorable:
- Wave good morning to our mascot Rex—he’ll be in the Sunburst Atrium when the doors open at 10 a.m.
- Strike a pose and snap a selfie in the Winner’s Circle in in the Riley Children’s Health Sports Legends Experience®
- Go ‘round and ‘round on the historic Carousel. Rides are free for member youth and $2 for nonmember youth. Animals are limited to youth riders. Accompanying adults ride free.
- Celebrate your memorable day with an end-of-the-day parade, led by Rex
