If you’re going to give check-ups to your toy patients, you’ll need a magic stethoscope just like Doc’s! Whether you're still planning a visit to Doc McStuffins: The Exhibit, or if you've already traveled to McStuffinsville at The Children's Museum, now you can learn how to make your very own!

Please note: Disney live character appearances are not part of the exhibit.

What you need

  • Headband without teeth (preferably pink or purple)
  • Fabric glue
  • 2 feet of white ribbon
  • 2 short strips of white ribbon
  • 2 felt circles, a bit wider than the ribbon (purple, gray, or white)
  • 2 pink felt hearts (a little smaller than the felt circles)

What to do

  1. Fold the long white ribbon in half. Glue the halves together—leaving a small loop at the fold. Slide one end of the headband through that loop.
  2. Sandwich the other end of the long ribbon between the felt circles—making sure the end of the ribbon isn't showing. Line up the circles and glue them together.
  3. Then glue the hearts onto the middle of the circles.
  4. Using the remaining small pieces of ribbon, wrap the ends of the headband and glue into place.
