Playscape®: Exploring Our World with Music
Playscape: Exploring Our World with Music
Tuesdays and Wednesdays, January–May 2023

45 minutes, 20 students, 4 adults
This program consists of a guided experience in the Music Studio followed by free exploration time in the Playscape® gallery. A facilitator will lead students in musical activities that incorporate tune, beat, and movement: three key areas of musical development for young children. Students will observe and play authentic instruments from another world culture. Following the music program, classes will be given 30 minutes of free play time to explore the other areas of Playscape® with their grown-ups.
