Outdoor Sports Opening Weekend
**3/19 Update: Football, basketball, and soccer will open at 2 p.m. The rest of the outdoor sports experiences will be closed for the remainder of the day.
The Riley Children’s Health Sports Legends ExperienceⓇ is ready to kick off another season full of smiles and lasting family memories! The opening weekend is full of special activities, prizes, photo opps, and guest appearances.

Saturday, March 18
11:11 a.m.
Grand opening of the Indy Eleven Soccer Experience
Play with coaches and players from the Indy Eleven.
1 p.m.
Grand opening of the USA Track & Field RunJumpThrow Experience
Participate in an Olympic torch relay with real Olympic athletes.
3 p.m.
Grand opening of the Tony Stewart Foundation Accessibility Lane
The Indianapolis Motor Speedway Pedal Car Racetrack Experience is now fully accessible to anyone who wants to race, regardless of size or ability (closed-toed shoes are still required), thanks to the generosity of the Tony Stewart Foundation.
Sunday, March 19
11 a.m.
Touchdown Relay
Learn the challenges of being a wide receiver like Sports Legend Reggie Wayne and and show off your skills in the Indianapolis Colts Experience.
Noon
Bucket Kickball
Kickball with a twist! Play against others while working on teamwork, communication, and strategies a baseball team would implement.
1 p.m.
Basketball Musical Chairs
Who doesn't love basketball and music? Work on dribbling, shooting, and maybe even some dance moves in the Indiana Pacers and Fever Experience.
2 p.m.
Giant Soccer Ball Takeover
Work as a team to stay safe from a giant soccer ball as we celebrate our new our new sponsor, the Indy Eleven, at the Indy Eleven Soccer Experience.
3 p.m.
Egg Relay Obstacle Course
Challenge yourself on balance and speed in a new obstacle race to honor our new sponsor, USA Track & Field RunJumpThrow .
It will be a weekend for the record books. Because when the goal is fun, everybody wins!
