Doc McStuffins: The Exhibit
Feb. 12–May 15, 2022
Doc McStuffins: The Exhibit will be coming to The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis Feb. 12-May 15, 2022. Based on Disney Junior's award-winning series, Doc McStuffins, the exhibit allows young "doctors-in-training" to experience the magical storytelling of the series through imaginative play and hands-on activities, while learning about healthy habits, compassion and nurturing care. This exhibit was previously at the museum in 2016.

SCOOBY-DOO™ Mansion Mayhem
June 4–Jan. 2023
SCOOBY-DOO™ Mansion Mayhem exhibit will be opening at The Children’s Museum June 4, 2022, in partnership with Warner Bros. Themed Entertainment. Shaggy, Scooby, Fred, Daphne, and Velma have another mystery on their hands that visitors will help to solve. A jewel-thieving ghost has evaded the local police force and was last seen in this very mysterious mansion. Enter the mansion and immerse yourself into a unique adventure where you can enter the world of SCOOBY-DOO!

Barbie™ You Can Be Anything™: The Experience
Extended through July 31, 2022
Barbie will be extending her stay at The Children’s Museum! Barbie™ You Can Be Anything™: The Experience will be at the museum through July 31, 2022. From career dolls to real-world role models, Barbie has been inspiring girls since 1959—and she isn't done yet! The exhibit showcases the iconic Barbie doll and encourages the kind of imaginative play that teaches us that no matter our gender, ethnicity, or background, we can all make the world a better place by doing work that excites us, challenges us, and brings us fulfillment.

Indy Fuel special exhibit
October 2022
Indianapolis’ own Indy Fuel hockey team will be expanding their partnership with The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis with an indoor hockey exhibit opening in Oct. 2022. Indy Fuel will still have their outdoor rink in the Riley Children's Health Sports Legends ExperienceⓇ, and will soon have presence indoors as well.

The NEW Dinosphere® 
March 19, 2022
After a year of being closed for expansion, The NEW Dinosphere® will reopen in March 2022. We're bringing in awesome new dinosaurs, including Giants of the Jurassic™ and Monsters of the Mesozoic Seas™, which will join long-time favorites in Creatures of the Cretaceous™ in Dinosphere®. Paleontologists from The Children's Museum, along with the museum’s international partners, unearthed these fossils from our dig site in Wyoming, known as The Jurassic Mile™.
